JD sports store manager and staff lack the understanding of the time and cost for their customers to travel to the store in need of an exchange of product size. Was sent away from the oldham branch without an exchange told to come back three days later when it was convenient for their staff and its processes to be in place to carry out the paperwork for such transactions. if only this was explained to me when the purchase was made, unfortunately JD sports are just another retailer that are all to eager to take your money but not offer any after sales support.
