  Well another terrible experiance at the hands of this dealership. Iast year my car was in their garage for 2 monthsl now my wifes car which we have just bought off them has been in . When we bought it we were told it would have at least 8 months mot on it when i checked we didnt have a certificate so i checked when it was due and we only had 6 months on it. I booked it in at a time convinient for us which was a saturday, unfortunately we had booked to go away for that weekend so i checked with them to see if i could wait at 8.30 this was ok . I took the car in and was their at 8.15 and told them i was waiting which was ok with them, at 10.15 i checked to see if it was ready only to be told it hadnt been started at that point i asked for my keys back. On my wagy home i stopped off at used cars to see the salesman we had bought it off he wasnt in so i asked for a call back, heard nothing back so rang on the follwing monday and left another message. I waited a further 5 days and rang the customer services twice and left another message. Fed up with waitng got intouch with network q they got intouch with the dealer and they rang back to book in they offered 2 days which didnt fit in and said they would have to recheck to see when they could get me in. Another day went by and i then gave them a dead line , the day after the dead linei got a call off one of their drivers saying he was coming to get the car to mot it. The car came back with only one key i had supplied them with two o e of which they had lost. The car has now got an mot but last july it was motd and had advisories for two front tyres close to the legal limit this year after just 1100 miles extra the tyres are ok what a supprise and it hasnt had any tyres fitted. Dont buy anything from this dealership they cannot be trusted and their managers hide behind their inept staff.
